About the Council
‘About the Council’ link presents the user to view the ‘About’ page of the
site.
Members' Area
The registered users can log into their respective sections after clicking on
the ‘Members’ Area’ link and login with their Email Address and password.

Files Section
The Registered Users can view the introduction as well as the list of Files
available for download under the various Files Sections. Clicking on the
‘Expand/collapse’ icons to the left of File Sections listed allows the users to
view/hide respectively the list of files for the selected File Section. Users
can download the desired file under the selected File Section after clicking on
the Filename link. A line below each file listed describes the respective file.

My Profile
The logged in user can view as well as update his profile details. Mail will be
sent to the user with his updated details if the user wishes to update his
details. If the user changes his password, then mail will be sent to the user
mentioning that his password has been updated.

Forgot Password
The registered users send a request to the administrator, in case the user
forgets the login password. The user will be notified about the password by the
administrator through Email.

News
‘News’ link presents the user to view the list of news topics added from the
admin section. A line below each News topic listed describes each. The user is
provided with the functionality to view the complete details for the respective
News topic after clicking on the ‘News Topic’ link which will open the desired
reference link in a separate window.
Links
‘Links’ link presents the user to view the list of links added from the admin
section. The can view the complete details for the desired link after clicking
on the respective link which will open the desired reference link in a separate
window.
